Job Vacancy in BAPPENAS and United Nations for Development Programme (UNDP) joint venture to provide supports for Safer Communities Through Disaster Risk Reduction in Development. To integration of Disaster Risk Reduction into development planning module through development planning meeting (Musrenbang), the Programme Coordination and Implementation Support Unit at BAPPENAS, currently we are looking for a professional to build a career with us. Indonesia Government planned to restore the reservoir function and anticipate the declining condition of large dams in Indonesia; Indonesian Government initiates Dam Operational Improvement and Safety Project (DOISP) which is a project loan from World Bank. The Procurement Committee of Bappenas is now inviting skilled, highly committed and dedicated Indonesian professionals to be part of the project, for the following positions:

Project Management Senior Expert (1 Person, 7 Months)
Qualification :
Have 8 years experiences in Planning and Development of Dams, Flood Management, or Irrigation network (Preferably Large Scale/Integrated system).
Preferably experienced on working with Central Government, Local Government, and Donors.
Have good experiences on Water Resources Infrastructure (Post-Construction) Performance Analysis.
Have good experiences with monitoring and evaluation, livelihood sector and dam safety.
Master Degree Civil Engineering (Water Resources/River Engineering)
Good Computer Literacy (preferable GIS)
Good with statistics, survey analysis and tools
Excellence in Writing and Oral English.

Economic Senior Expert (1 Person, 7 Months)
Qualification :
Have 5 years experiences in population socio-welfare analysis, livelihood, asset management and monitoring and evaluation
Preferably experienced on working with Central Government, Local Government, and Donors
Have good experiences in Impact analysis of infrastructure development (preferably dam)
Have good experiences in water resources infrastructure project
Master degree in Economics (Preferable Resources/Environmental Economic)
Good with statistics, survey analysis and tools (SPSS, E Views, Monte Carlo)
Excellence in Writing and Oral English.
Familiar with property valuation (preferable certified for property appraisal)

Junior Expert for Water Resources Management (1 Person, 7 Months)
Qualification :
Have 3 years experiences in Planning and Development of Dams, Flood Management, or Irrigation network (Preferably Large Scale/Integrated system).
Preferably experienced on working with Central Government, Local Government, and Donors.
Have good experiences with monitoring and evaluation
Good with statistics, survey analysis and tools
Preferable master degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering
Excellence in Writing and Oral English.

Economic Junior Expert (1 Person, 7 Months)
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Economic or Master degree in Economics
Have 3 years experiences in econometrics or socio welfare analysis, familiar and has experiences in livelihood sector, monitoring and evaluation, water resources infrastructure project and asset management.
Preferably experienced on working with Central Government, Local Government, and Donors
Familiar with property valuation (preferable certified for property appraisal)
Have a good knowledge in oral and written in English.
Good with statistics, survey analysis and tools (SPSS, E Views, Monte Carlo)
