Requirements:
Male Graduate S1 Psikologi / Hukum
Having experience in HRD 3 years in Industry Manufacture
Able Jobdesk, Job analisis, SOP, Struktur Organisasi and Performance Appraisal
Honest, excellence of Integrity, Dedication then strong commitment toward company.
Confidence, Flexible, and Discipline
Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Strong leadership skill and people management
Willing to be stationed in Palembang
