The Instrument Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering discipline, five (5) years of applicable experience in the development and optimization of process control and its associated instrumentation for the oil and gas industry. The Instrument Engineer must be familiar with the dimensioning of control valves and safety valves for cryogenic services according to oil and gas standards. Proven an experience in cryogenic engineering would be of advantage.

Qualification:
The Cost Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities. The Cost Engineer must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such cost estimation/controller. Proven an experience in QS Firm will be advantages.

Qualification:

The Piping Engineer must be familiar with Pipe Material Specifications, Piping NDE Specifications & Procedures, valve operation and application, Shop & Field fabrication specifications, P&ID work numbering of Pipe Lines & locating of Pipe specifications breaks.
