PT McConnell Dowell Indonesia, Company in multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA company , is searching for a high potential and dynamic candidate to be part of the engineering team for the position as Project / Site Engineers based in Jakarta .
Project / Site Engineers – Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Have experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors 8 years.
- Have experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.
- Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same
- Bachelor Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or suitable equivalent.
- Strong and clear communication skills (English verbal and written) with proven ability to engage others.
- Effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes with managers, staff and workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Our Company has been successful in securing a civil, structural, and mechanical construction projects. We are currently seeking suitably experienced engineers to support site operation. These positions will be responsible for managing various technical, engineering and planning aspects of the project works execution. Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coordinating with Project Manager and Superintendents on engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project.
- Controlling field construction engineering and schedules for overall programs.
- Developing inspection practices for site supervisors to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas for the project
- Preparing reports on progress and providing general technical assistance to the construction staff.
- Maintaining and controlling engineering documents and drawings.
- Assist in preparation of construction schedules and work methods.
- Carry out progressive engineering audits of temporary and permanent works in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
- Comply with the Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
