- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia

- OASIS (Online Advanced Service Information System) & CSPlus System administrator
- Maintains Service management system and CS Plus (SAP +AX)
- OSCAR data management (compile and making data report & analysis)
- Training Coordinator
- Customer Survey data administrator
- ASC Management (Improve ASC Awareness & Branding)
