MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE – Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:

Having 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are able to apply
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent
Responsibilities: Management Development Program is a program for fresh graduate to prepare junior engineer in Power Plant business, this program will be held for 12 months, with 3 phases : basic-intermediate-advance.

WAREHOUSE OFFICE STAFF CODE : (WH-1) – Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:

Having working experience in warehousing, know Inventory System
Male, max. 30 yrs old
Min D3 in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Accounting
Proficient in MS Office application (especially MS Excel),
Good in administration & filing management matters,
Good English communication,
Good interpersonal skills,
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
Responsibilities: Data recording for goods supply and demand and manage warehousing procedure

TECHNICAL TRAINING SPECIALIST (TTS-1) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

Having 2 year(s) of working experience in Power Plant business
Have an experience in making technical development curriculum especially in training
Having a very good passion in Power Industries
Min Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Placement in Cikarang
Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop Power Plant Technical Competencies, run People Development Program for example : regular training and customized training, monitoring training man days requirement, make training weekly report to management.
