Job Vacancy @PT BANK INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA, seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals interested in the following opportunity as SQ Service Development.

SQ Service Development, qualification :
Good experience in service area, local or multinational company 3 – 5 years
Good experience in Banking industry
Have very good analytical, logic and positive thinking
Have good knowledge in Banking and non Banking operations
Graduate S1 or S2 from reputable university
Excellent ability to communicate written and spoken English and Indonesian.
Understand Project Management process
Have excellent communication skills, good appearance and ability to work in a team and individually
Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Responsibilities:
To set up and implement the service strategy to increase the service culture, service awareness and service development across BII
To control and ensure that the quality of the service across BII achieve the Customer Satisfaction Survey Index which is already set by the business.
Initiate, lead and drive Lean or improvement project across the Functions in Branches and Operations to increase their productivity.
Improve the quality of service for Security, Customer Service, Teller and all people in Branches and Operations.
