HSE OFFICER Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

Experience handling administration tender prequalification/ CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
Demonstrated understanding of the Oil & Gas or Mining industry, customer needs and HSE landscape
Significant experience with HSE training, monitoring, compliance, etc
Female, Have 1 year work experience in implementation and management HSE matters
Bachelor Degree S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment degree (K3 Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja) or equivalent education in relevant fields.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, good organization and sense of judgment
Must be a professional person with integrity and strong sense of responsibility

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation of company health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and objectives.Ensure the company operations are performed within HSE best practices and projects are delivered through the observance established HSE procedures and policies

Key areas of responsibilities:

Ensuring and monitoring compliance of company staff with HSE policies and procedures
Maintaining HSE Statistic periodically related to work incidents and ensuring proper investigation and follow up of incident, near misses and report findings and manage to Manager
Designing and implementing appropriate HSE Training plan inclusive of basic minimum HSE trainings and specialized HSE training in line with project standards
Ensuring that all company staff are well versed in HSE training requirements and abide with established company and customer HSE policies
Foster and develop increased awareness of the company, stall and customers on HSE related matters
Preparing the HSE administration tender prequalification/ CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) submitted to the Clients
Ensure all QA/QC and HSE documents are systematically documented and controlled
