PT Matahari Department Store Tbk a leading retail company with more than 100 stores all over Indonesia, to support operation in Matahari Department Store Semarang, seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to support the company operation as :

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR – SEMARANG
Qualification & Experience:

Having 1 year experience as customer service in banking industry
Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent in english
Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
To be placed at Matahari Department Store Simpang Lima Semarang

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to manage the customer service implementation and improve the customer satisfaction in order to create a good shopping experiences.
Ensure that the marketing and MCC program implemented by the company’s standard
