Facility Engineer
Job description & Responsibilities:
- Perform review of equipment failure incidents.
- Conduct risk assessment.
- Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance work.
- Perform regular analysis of asset performance data.
- Verify effective corrective actions have taken place.
- Forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control.
- Review and evaluate contractor’s performance and submit report to superior.
- Training of maintenance technicians.
Requirements:
- Have 5 years experience in related job position
- Possess English language proficiency, computer literacy, written and oral communication skill, analytical skills, problem solving skills and customer focus.
- Graduate S1 in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing tobe stationed in Riau – Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam, Bintan
