Qualifications:
- Having 5 years HR related work experience
- Having experienced deal with engineering people
- Experience in recruiting, developing and maintaining candidate database, updating Organization Chart/ Job Description/ competences, training, organizing annual Employees Performance Evaluation
- Bachelor Degree, Preferable from Engineering and/or Psychology from reputable university
- Having good knowledge of Government Labor Regulation
- Good command of English both oral & written
