SUPERVISOR – CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION – Kalimantan Timur
Qualification & Experience:

Have 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
Bachelor Degree S1 degree in any related discipline
Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).

SUPERVISOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS – Kalimantan Timur
Qualification & Experience:

Have 3 years experience in related field.
Trained in the fields of communications, public relations, effective writings and problem solving.
Have knowledge in laws concerning government prevailing regulations and law.
Bachelor Degree S1 in public communication
Well- understood on local culture and norms.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, to be able to prepare communicative and comprehensive reports on related issues & matters.
Proactive, discipline, hospitable, friendly, loyal and highly dedicated.
Carry out specific tasks and work being assigned by Superintendent and Manager.

COORDINATOR MINOR CONTRACT – MAINTENANCE SERVICES – Kalimantan Timur – Sangatta
Qualification & Experience:

Have 3 years working experience
Understand contract management system is advantages
Understand how to develop contract, maintain contract KPI and how to monitor contract
Bachelor Degree S1 in from Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
Understanding of computerised maintenance and warehousing systems.
Planning, backlog, and scheduling skills and experience.
Leadership skills to direct and motivate the team.
Detailed knowledge of KPCpolicies, procedures and regulations impacting Mine Maintenance
