SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT (Senior Position in Construction)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 12 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
- Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
- This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
- Must be able to co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the projects safety management program.
- To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety responsibilities.
- Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager for the development, implementation review and revision of health and safety sections of the Project Execution Plan.
- Investigate and report on all work related injuries / illnesses (other than
- first aid) and near misses.
- Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
- Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
