YARD SUPERINTENDENT – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 6 years experience in the same field (position)
- Min Diploma Degree D3 or Bachelor Degree S1 any major
- Fluency in english
- Willing to work under pressure and extra hours
- Strong leadership skill and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in loading, unloading, storing, transferring, and distributing materials such as coal, logs, lumber, wastepaper, and sulfur in yard of industrial plant
- Confers with plant personnel and plans and allocated use of materials handling equipment such as conveyors, cranes, tractors, and trucks
- Inspects incoming materials, verifies invoices, inspects machines and equipment, and directs workers engaged in maintenance and repair work
- Studies production schedules, estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment, interprets job order to workers, and assigns duties
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew
