To support its operation PT Jaya Readymix, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as : Production Supervisor based in Semarang Jawa Tengah.
Production Supervisor (PD-SPV) – SEMARANG
Requirements:
Have experience in similar position, preferably in Constrution Industry of familiar with projects 3 years
Has good leadership and supervisory skill , high motivation , good analytical thingking and able to work under pressure
Has good comprehension on concrete
Male, age max 32 years of age
Graduate Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Has good communication in English both oral and written
Willing to be stationed in SEMARANG Jawa Tengah
Responsibilities:
Plan and control production activities at Plant to unsure achievement of production target and quality requirements
Ensure availability of material to support production process
Ensure availability of truck mixer to fit production capacity
Plan and coordinate regular Plant maintenance
Arrange product delivery based on the customer order and production capacity
Monitor service implementation to customer to ensure customer satisfaction
